		<description>Oooh! I like that Latin proverb. And it&#039;s so true. I know when I&#039;m giving a quick lesson to someone on an Excel or Monarch feature that I&#039;ll suddenly have a &quot;House&quot; (as in the TV show) moment, and something will dawn on me that I hadn&#039;t realized before. That&#039;s when you&#039;ll see me dashing towards my computer to try some theory and it usually pans out too! I gain a greater knowledge and truly excel with Monarch.</description>
